A classic indeed! This is a much loved family recipe from the 1800’s. Our shortbread is delicate and delicious – a true celebration of the wonder that is Irish butter.


Wheat Flour, Butter (Milk) (37%), Sugar

A citrusy biscuit with a wonderful crunch. This biscuit, inspired by Lismore’s links to Southern Italy, is made with Mediterranean lemons, golden polenta and the finest Irish butter.

Hazelnut, Cinnamon and Raisin

These distinctive and delicious biscuits are decidedly moreish! Made with a perfect blend of the richest Irish butter, dried fruits and roasted hazelnuts with an added pinch of spice to ‘warm the cockles of your heart’!

Dark Chocolate and Cardamom

A unique and divinely fragrant biscuit. Made with the finest dark chocolate, pure Irish butter, and gently infused with a pinch of green cardamom.
