Can I put cutlery in it?

Yes, but please be careful with sharp or pointed utensils in the insulated compartment. They may pierce/rip the material and affect the insulation and leak proof features of this bag (and we wouldn’t want that).

Can I wash the bag in a washing machine?

No, this product is hand wash only.

Is the bag leak proof?

Yes, the bag is welded/sealed on the edges and will not leak small amounts of liquid. It is designed to protect against spills escaping the bag from bottles or lunch boxes, but not to carry liquids.

How long will it keep things cool?

This is difficult to say as it depends on the content's initial temperature. For example, if you placed a lunch box directly from the fridge into the bag, it would keep it cool for several hours. It’s also useful to add ice-packs to help maintain the cooler temperature for longer. However, please note it is not an ice box/cooler and will not keep things frozen.

What can I use this Tote Bag for?

We’ve tested its capacity for all sorts of things, and it can comfortably carry enough for the working day (plus a gym sesh), an overnight stay, a full picnic plus wine, and definitely a trip to the grocery store. It can take quite a lot of weight and the shoulder straps are wide and comfortable. This really is your oyster, and it’s ready for any adventure.
