Data Processing Note:
When you check out, your transaction data is processed through Shopify's servers in the United States. Your data is still safe and secure, it just takes a little trip abroad to be processed. 

Returns & Refunds: 
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied, please ring us at 021-427-8369 or email us at and we'd love to discuss the issue.

In general, we offer full refunds within 30 days when accompanied by a receipt and the item is undamaged. If you don't have a receipt or 30 days has passed, we'll consider a refund on a case by case basis.

Once we have received the returned item(s) in a saleable condition we will refund the price paid for the item by the original payment method.  Exchange may be offered if no receipt or web order number is available (please contact us as we may hold this information for your order). 

For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer returns on earrings or underwear.

If you cancel you are returning an order because of change of mind about the purchase you will be expected to pay for the cost of returning the goods. 
In case of an incorrect order or a faulty/defective product, Unbound will incur the shipping costs but please contact us first.
