Soma Coffee - BRAZIL - Eldorado Farm
€10.50
Soma Coffee It all started when a love of coffee and a desire to bring high grade speciality coffee to Cork was at the forefront of our minds.
Brazilian Coffee, we love them, you love them, they're a crowd favourite! If you're looking for a broad stroke description of Brazilian coffee, it is generally described as being chocolatey and nutty (although, we are seeing some delicious deviations from this); this particular lot hits those flavour notes perfectly. With tasting notes of milk chocolate, almond and honey, this coffee is bound to be a crowd-pleaser. You will find it particularly delicious when drank white as the milk really highlights the chocolate flavours and honey-like sweetness, however, if you are a black coffee drinker, you can expect marzipan-like almond flavours to come forward more. Full-bodied, versatile and delicious: this coffee truly is a hug in a mug.
