Lamy Safari ncode - digital writing
Sold Out
The new LAMY safari all black ncode bridges the gap between the analogue notebook and the unlimited world of digital writing. In cooperation with Lamy, Korean tech company NeoLAB Convergence launches an optoelectronic writing system.
With the LAMY safari all black ncode smartpen, the associated LAMY digital paper notebook and the numerous functions of the Neo Studio app, it is easy to write on paper, digitize your handwritten notes at the same time and then edit them flexibly.
The LAMY digital paper contains NeoLAB's own ncode technology
The LAMY safari all black ncode only works as a smartpen in combination with the LAMY digital paper notebook with ncode technology. LAMY safari all black ncode smartpen is based on the successful design classic LAMY safari all black rollerball with the proven ergonomic grip for fatigue-free writing, as well as the distinctive and robust clip for attaching the writing instrument. The LAMY safari all black ncode can also be equipped with the M 21 refills in blue or black.
The LAMY digital paper notebook only works in combination with the LAMY safari all black ncode smartpen and the Neo Studio app. The notebook, 145 x 210 mm, contains 192 pages of 80-gram bleed-proof acid-free paper with thread-sewn binding, ivory-coloured with pale grey dot ruling. With 8 detachable pages, 2 fabric bookmark ribbons, a pocket on the inside back cover for storing notes, business cards or similar small items, the elastic band to hold it together and the keeper for the LAMY safari all black ncode, the Lamy ncode notebook offers all the comfort features of a notebook that's a constant companion.
The optoelectronic sensor reads the ncode pattern printed on the paper of the LAMY digital paper notebook and recognises handwriting and pages. Each page contains a tiny pattern - barely visible to the naked eye. These codes hold information unique to
each page, including pen position. The NeoLAB ncode sensor reads the codes from the blank surface - the processor (CPU) contained in the pen performs the complex mathematical calculation to locate the pen position on the page.
The multi-functional Neo Studio app, which opens the door to the fantastic possibilities of the digital world of writing for the Lamy ncode notebook, is available as a free download from Google Play™ or the App Store™.
