What's the best way to use it?
To get the optimal performance from your Thermo Pot, pre-fill with boiling water (for hot food) or ice water (for cold food) for about minutes, before each use. Leave sufficient space in the neck to fit the lid. The top of Thermo Pot is wider than most food thermoses, therefore you should heat your food to the maximum temperature possible to ensure optimal heat retention. Please do not use excessive force to close the lid as extreme temperatures can cause a vacuum and make it difficult to open again.
How do I look after my Thermo Pot?
Always make sure you clean your Thermo Pot thoroughly after each use, and allow to dry completely before storing with lid removed. Don’t keep perishable foods for a prolonged period. Keep out of reach of children when product contains hot liquids. Please ensure that the removable seal is undamaged and fully fits to the lid underside before screwing the lid on. Transport upright. Hot liquids can cause scalding. Please note: This product must NOT be used for keeping milk products or baby food warm or cool.
How do I clean my Thermo Pot?
Clean your Thermo Pot before first use, and then every time afterwards using warm water and washing up liquid. DO NOT immerse in water. Ensure product is thoroughly dry before storing, and always store with lid removed. Hand wash only, this product is not dishwasher-safe.
How do I remove stains from stainless steel?
Fill flask with hot water, add one teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda (DO NOT put lid on while using this cleaning method). For best results soak overnight. Always rinse before re-use. To avoid stains and residue, use a solution of vinegar and water.
Are there any things I should be aware of for this bottle?
It is not intended for use with baby foods or milk-based products. Be careful when opening if filled with hot liquids and keep out of reach of children. Be sure to avoid keeping perishable drinks (that can expire) stored inside for long periods. Make sure the silicone seal is placed correctly in the lid to keep it fully leak proof.
